Free Standard Cataloging and Processing: McNaughton offers a variety of cataloging options. Choose from our standard cataloging or select other options that fit within your cataloging type. Full cataloging records in MARC 21 or OCLC MARC format are available for your selections complete with optional bar code labels and item records for the most popular library management systems.
Free Vendor Selection: Simplify your life even further by adding one of our automatic ordering options. With McNaughton®’s Preselect Service we will automatically order from our monthly catalog based on criteria you select, such as author, series, or genre. Our Automatic Bestseller Maintenance provides a predetermined number of copies chosen from your profile based upon activity on a list of bestselling titles.
Free Replacements: Stop wasting time and money on repairing defective books, or purchasing additional copies. McNaughton provides free replacements.
For lease plans any book found to be defective in binding, pagination, etc., will be replaced at no charge during the first six months. Plus, we will also replace books after six months as long as we have a Tartan copy available.
For purchase plans any book found to be publisher defective or damaged upon arrival will be replaced at no charge for up to 30 days after the date of receipt.
