From the proposal stage through delivery of your new library materials, we have all the resources you need to launch your state-of-the-art collection.

A New School Opening Coordinator will work with you to provide you with the resources and services necessary to ensure a successful new library opening. Your coordinator will be your dedicated, single point of service for all your needs from beginning to well beyond opening day.

The Coordinator seeks the approval of the media specialist through a sample processed and cataloged book before any physical processing is done to the order for quality assurance;

A shipping schedule is negotiated with the customer based on completion of the facility so the books arrive when the library is ready;

Our Do-Not-Exceed System allows the library to specify a purchase order amount which we will then fill up to, but not exceed those dollars;
