Card Kits
Brodart provides a variety of book pocket inserts:
Pocket Insert - Printed with a date due grid, a book's call number, title, and author information.
Title Card - A card for the book's title. Includes author, title, book annotation, ISBN, call number, publisher and copyright information.
Borrowers Cards - Carry information about the loan period of the book. Printed with a date due grid, a book's call number, title, and author information.
Shelflist Cards - A card containing a library's shelflist information. A shelftlist is a catalog (list) of holdings arranged in call number order (that is, in the same order items are found on the shelf). Printed with a book's call number, title, author and acquisition information printed on it. Information usually includes the list price of the book, the vendor (Brodart) and the month and year of purchase.
Main Entry/Author Card - One or more cards, one each for every author (and sometimes editor) in the MARC record. Author, title, book annotation, ISBN, call number, publisher and copyright information.
Subject Card - One or more cards, one each for every subject heading in the MARC record. Author, title, book annotation, ISBN, call number, publisher and copyright information.
Sorted Cards - Cards can be supplied in a pocket, either loose in the book or affixed to it or they can be provided, sorted, separate from books.

Pocket, Insert & Spine Label - One of three sizes of pocket (affixed or loose), a Pocket Insert with a date due grid, plus call number, author, title and acquisition information and a spine label.
Full Kit - One of three sizes of pocket (affixed or loose), a Pocket Insert with a date due grid, plus call number, author, title and acquisition information and a spine label. Plus catalog cards (Shelflist, Main Entry/Author Card; Subject Card). Brodart provides one set of catalog cards for each item.
